SERVICES

A 15–30 minute consultation is a chance for us to connect, talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, and explore whether we’re a good fit to work together.

You can share your goals, ask questions about my approach, and get a sense of what it might feel like to work with me.

There’s no pressure or commitment — just an opportunity to see if moving forward together feels right for you.

Individual therapy is a one‑on‑one space where you can talk openly about what you’re experiencing, explore patterns, and work toward feeling better.

Sessions focus on understanding your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and developing tools to navigate challenges in a healthier way.

It’s a supportive, nonjudgmental environment designed to help you gain insight, build coping skills, and create meaningful change in your life.

Individual Therapy

I offer clinical supervision for provisionally licensed therapists in Utah, Wyoming, and Washington.

My approach is supportive, trauma‑informed, and grounded in ethical, real‑world clinical practice.

I help new clinicians strengthen their skills, deepen case conceptualization, navigate complex client needs, and build confidence as they move toward full licensure. Individual and group supervision options are available.

Clinical Supervision

I offer small, supportive group supervision for provisionally licensed therapists who want depth, clarity, and community as they grow.

Groups follow a structured flow that includes check‑ins, brief teaching, case presentations, and collaborative clinical problem‑solving.

This space is ideal for clinicians seeking trauma‑responsive, ethically grounded guidance while building confidence and competence on the path toward full licensure.
