ABOUT

A woman with short red hair, blue eyes, wearing a black blazer and a striped shirt, smiling against a light green background.

Hi, I’m Rebekah Studer.

LPC, CMHC

SHE/HER/HERS

I am a licensed mental health therapist (LPC, CMHC) and clinical supervisor serving clients in Utah, Wyoming, and Washington. I earned my Master’s in Art Therapy from Marywood University in 2001 and have spent more than two decades working in crisis centers, inpatient psychiatric hospitals, and community mental health settings. These experiences shaped my steady, trauma‑aware approach and my deep respect for the strength people carry, even in their most overwhelmed moments.

My work integrates IFS‑informed therapy, trauma‑responsive care, DBT, EMDR, and somatic awareness. I specialize in supporting adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves, offering a calm, collaborative space to explore what’s happening beneath the surface and move toward meaningful change.
